Job Context:
∎ Banolata Refractory Ltd. is manufacturing Auto Bricks, Design Bricks, Block, & Clay Tiles, for Sales & Marketing. For managing regional sales & marketing, looking for some sales person.
∎ We have an immediate job opening for regional Sales who will be able to grow and maintain Regional Sales for our businesses. The ideal candidates must have an experienced in Bricks, Block, Rod, Cement, Sanitary Ware or any kind of Construction Materials Sales & marketing. The candidates have to be hard-working individuals who have a creative as well as analytical mindset. He should be a self-motivated and driven person.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interested to work with the Sales and Marketing of Building Materials item such as Bricks, Tiles, Rod, Cement & Sanitary ware.
∎ Prepare Sales Development Plan, Strategy, and Planning.
∎ Proven experience in Bricks, Tiles, Rod, Cement, Sanitary Ware or any kind of Construction Materials sales.
∎ Achieve sales target given by Management & able to lead the team.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customer.
∎ Follow up and visit customer regularly.
∎ Ordering and promoting products to customer.
∎ Capable to direct sales at the market and to search potential customer for achieve sales target.
∎ Monitors local competitor's activities and compares their operation with his/her operation.
∎ Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing & new customer.
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Able to do door-to-door sales and generate new sales.
∎ Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis.
∎ Maintain regular contact with Head office & Factory office.
∎ Maintain files, records, and reports as it pertains to contacts, planning activities, timelines, contracts, purchase orders, and post-meeting notes.
∎ Complete forecasts, plans, and productivity reports for management.
∎ Analyzing market trends, pricing and competitor's movement & maintaining Sales performance.
∎ Tie up with Group of Companies & Multinational Companies, Corporate Offices, and Large Private Institutions.
∎ Provide product sample, collect check/ cash etc.
∎ Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 26 years for Sales Executive.
∎ Age at least 30 years for RSM.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office & Excel.
∎ Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills.
∎ Good communication, presentation skills, and hard work.
∎ Collaborate with the technical and business teams to manage everything's in timely.
∎ Must have experience on field work.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 45000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
