∎ Minimum Graduate from any reputed university.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a good customer relationship and Patient management.
∎ Ensure after sales patient service and respond immediately, if any problem occurs then solve it with coordination of the responsible person of service department.
∎ Achieve company's Dialysis patient target set by the management and prepare periodic report accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the Dialysis Patient.
∎ Frequently visit doctors to communicate about new customers.
∎ Collect and analyze the data for preparing marketing strategy regarding dialysis patient.
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitor's business strategy as well as updating higher authorities.
∎ Frequently communicate with dialysis customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Researching and recommending new opportunities, service improvements with proper forecasting.
∎ Sufficient knowledge in Dialysis Patient & office management preferable.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in related field will be preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research, Sales.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook & Internet.
∎ Energetic, self-motivated, smart and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication and presentation skills.
