Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound and receive inbound calls for tele sales / telemarketing campaign.
∎ Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at individuals and specific industry sectors.
∎ Maintain client database and track communications primarily through phone calls, and secondarily through emails, social media live chats, etc.
∎ Identify client requirements, listen to their grievances and analyze feedback to share with other departments for collaboration.
∎ Excellent conversation skills in both Bengali and in English.
∎ Must to achieve monthly sales targets.

∎ Skills Required: Effective communication skills, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office Applications
∎ Experience Requirements At most 1 year(s)

∎ Have to maintain office time properly [Office time: 10 am-7 pm, Weekly 6 days].
∎ Competent skills in using a computer, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and Internet browsing.
∎ Excellent Bengali and English communication skills (with proper accent) in speaking, listening and writing.
∎ Excellent telephonic conversation skills.
