Responsibilities & Context:

ISHO Limited, Bangladesh’s premier furniture brand, is seeking dynamic and career-oriented individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for passionate candidates to drive sales across our Retail, Corporate, and Distributor Channels.

  • Create new customers (Retail/Corporate/Distributor).

  • Keep communication with customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.

  • Explain product features, characteristics and quality to the customers.

  • Process customer orders and prepare quotation if required.

  • Keep record of daily sales and prepare relevant reports for supervisor.

  • Run assigned operation as per Company SOP.

  • Ensure timely product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution channel.

  • Client Acquisition: Actively search for and acquire new B2B clients, including corporate offices, real estate developers, banks, and government institutions.

  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly corporate sales targets set by the management.

  • Tender & Proposal: Prepare technical and financial proposals, participate in tender bidding, and conduct presentations to corporate clients.

  • B2B Networking: Regularly visit the market and build strong business networks with Architects and Interior Design firms to generate corporate sales leads.

  • Account Management: Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with the factory and supply chain teams.

  • Reporting: Submit daily and weekly sales visit reports and market updates to the management.

  • Others- as per business need.
