Responsibilities & Context:
ISHO Limited, Bangladesh’s premier furniture brand, is seeking dynamic and career-oriented individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for passionate candidates to drive sales across our Retail, Corporate, and Distributor Channels.
Create new customers (Retail/Corporate/Distributor).
Keep communication with customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
Explain product features, characteristics and quality to the customers.
Process customer orders and prepare quotation if required.
Keep record of daily sales and prepare relevant reports for supervisor.
Run assigned operation as per Company SOP.
Ensure timely product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution channel.
Client Acquisition: Actively search for and acquire new B2B clients, including corporate offices, real estate developers, banks, and government institutions.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly corporate sales targets set by the management.
Tender & Proposal: Prepare technical and financial proposals, participate in tender bidding, and conduct presentations to corporate clients.
B2B Networking: Regularly visit the market and build strong business networks with Architects and Interior Design firms to generate corporate sales leads.
Account Management: Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with the factory and supply chain teams.
Reporting: Submit daily and weekly sales visit reports and market updates to the management.
Others- as per business need.
