∎ Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
∎ Develop a pipeline of prospective customers and close deals to achieve sales targets.
∎ Promote logistics solutions such as freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and distribution services.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
∎ Address customer queries and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their needs.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the logistics sector.
∎ Identify potential market segments and target industries for business expansion.
∎ Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
∎ Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
∎ Provide accurate updates and reports to the management on sales activities and forecasts.
∎ Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and transactions.
