∎ Process orders, forms, and requests.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
∎ We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved and their experience exceeds expectations.
