Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential clients to increase sales of all Gases products
∎ Develop new marketing plans and to implement those for existing products and suggest for the new
∎ Assist line manager to increase sales of all Gases Products
∎ Conduct market research, analyze current market conditions to determine market requirements for Gases products
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve the committed result
∎ Visit customers regularly to boost up sales and to maintain long-term relationship
∎ Gather feedback from customers and handle complaints as per the agreed time frame
∎ Generate and monitor sales report and implement improvements tools to enhance revenue
∎ Keep effective liaison with all Key opinion leaders in the respective territory.
∎ Ensure arrangement of providing operational, service and safety training to customer on our products
∎ Ensure strict observance of safety standards as per country guidelines in the new as well as existing installations
∎ Plan and organize the stock and debt collection to keep the stock days, debtors days and creditor’s days under the planned figure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good analytical skill
∎ Excellent communication and coordination skill.
∎ Problem solving skill
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
