∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute business analytics and communicate it to sales forces
∎ Visit various markets, monitor sales operational and provide necessary support to sales forces
∎ Take initiatives for the improvement of sales activities
∎ Propose & plan for market restructuring as per market potentiality
∎ Assisting in formulation & review of business policy, incentive policy, performance evaluation policy & promotion policy for sales forces
∎ Working with management for rearrangement and restricting geographical area for defined markets, territories & regions
∎ Shifting parties/customers to the right markets evaluating jurisdiction of field forces
∎ Determining national unit target of all products in coordination with Product Management Department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ 2-3 years of experience in relevant field (Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Well conversant with MS Office
