Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients.
∎ Follow up with clients post-sale for feedback and repeat business.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
