∎ Bachelor in Any Discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customers of hygiene products and update the database on a regular basis
∎ Select new distributors to expand market coverage or areas.
∎ Monitor proper Product display, merchandising fresh Diaper, Sanitary Napkin, baby wipes, etc.
∎ Monitor performance distributors & ensure their Stock control, and credit control.
∎ Build a strong relationship and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Communicate with distributor & logistic teams to ensure product availability.
∎ Prepared monthly sales report/Competitor sales & activity report.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor's product, price, feature and promotional activities.
∎ Develop a sales promotional plan for hygiene products considering competitor's activities & market requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of relevant experience in hygiene product sales.
∎ Ability to handle a sales team of 4/5 persons
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application
∎ Good presentation skills
