Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Manage and co-ordinate client/Customer accounts.
  2. Handle customer orders, reviewing stock levels.
  3. Work closely with product development team when taking over new client accounts and new products.
  4. Communicating with customers about their new orders.
  5. Work with internal production team to follow up the order status.
  6. Work closely with accounts & commercial team to payment procedure & documents submission.
  7. Monitoring outstanding payments from customers.
