Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through telephone and digital channels.

  • Generate new sales leads and maintain an updated database of prospects.

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues promptly.

  • Receive customer complaints, record them accurately, and coordinate resolutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop customer engagement strategies.

  • Maintain call quality and service standards as per company requirements.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and promotional activities.
