“Global Connection Tours & Travels” is a dynamic and customer centric travel agency, specializing in providing unique travel experiences and bespoke travel solutions for our clients. We offer a broad range of services, including leisure travel, corporate travel, and customized travel packages. We`re looking for a motivated and visionary team members to drive our growth in the travel and tourism sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.

  • Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide customer insights and strategies.

  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build loyalty.

  • Manage communications through email, social media, and other platforms.

  • Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing efforts.

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries.

  • Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.

  • Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
