∎ MBA in Marketing will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: cement industry, Plastic Product Sales, Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cement company, cement industry, Plastic Industries, Plastic Product Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to meet the monthly and yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Daily customer visit according to proper route chart
∎ Prepare daily individual sales & collection report.
∎ Prepare individual target achievement progress report
∎ Sourcing new customer & dealership opportunity
∎ Identify new business opportunity
∎ Ability to market research & provide feedback
∎ Ability to analyze the competitor
∎ Ability to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication Skill
∎ Should have excellent language proficiency in English,
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ TA & DA , Commission, Intuitive will be given as per target achievement
