Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in (Automobile,Power or Mechanical), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in (Automobile,Power or Mechanical Engineering), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve overall sales target of spare parts & Lubricants under the guidance of the supervisor.
∎ Prepare & implement marketing plan through dealer network.
∎ Take initiative to appoint spare parts dealer to increase sales.
∎ Collect market information and timely submit to supervisor for taking action plan.
∎ Monitor sales people in field level and give them best motivation to achieve overall target.
∎ Prepare sales report weekly and discuss with supervisor for next step.
∎ Assist supervisor in preparing budget for all units under his supervision, analysis the variance and ensure control.
∎ Check and approve all the bills of the section as per policies of RTPL and if found any irregularities inform supervisor.
∎ Supervise the Supply Chain Management to procure product in time from local & foreign market after maintaining all formalities.
∎ Ensure daily and monthly physical inventory and take remedial action if found any irregularities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in automobile spare parts ( Both two wheeler and three wheeler) and lube oil sales.
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Should have good physical fitness and passion for sales job.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Driving motorcycle will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates must have the ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
