Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for spare parts, lubricants, and tires.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territory.
- Execute sales visits, order booking, follow-up, and collection as per company policy.
- Monitor stock availability at dealer points and coordinate with supply chain to avoid shortages.
- Conduct market surveys to track competitor activities, pricing, and product movement.
- Implement trade marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Ensure proper merchandising, POSM placement, and branding at dealer outlets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit accurate MIS.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain service quality.
- Support new product launches and conduct product knowledge sharing with dealers/mechanics.
- Maintain discipline, ethical sales practices, and compliance with company policies.
