We are a growing freight forwarding and logistics company providing reliable import, export, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven sales professional to expand our customer base and strengthen client relationships.

Position Summary

The Executive – Sales will be responsible for generating business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for freight forwarding and logistics services in both import and export sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Generate new business opportunities for air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and logistics services.

• Handle sales activities for both import and export shipments.

• Visit clients regularly and maintain strong market presence.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers.

• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

• Follow up on inquiries, bookings, and customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.

• Maintain updated customer database and sales reports.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a local freight forwarding/logistics company.

• Must have practical experience in both import and export freight forwarding operations.

• Strong customer base and ability to generate business independently.

• Good knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics services.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
