Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competition.
∎ Coordinate with sales team, develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to expand company's customer base.
∎ Assist to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
∎ Work closely with the design and production teams to develop product as per customer/clients needs.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and inventory needs.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and logistics, to ensure a seamless flow of accessories from concept to customer.
∎ Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market analysis for presentation to senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years Trade experience (Elastic / tapes / Printed Label / cartons / sewing thread / Poly bag/ Off Set/ Twill Tape/ Drawstring/ etc; ) Minimum 2 years working experience in Garment Accessories.
∎ Candidates should have knowledge about Garment Accessories industry.
