Job Context:
∎ Executive (Tele Sales/ Inventory/ Delivery/ Shop) for the sale of organic product.
∎ Workplace: Mohammadpur, Shantinagar and Mirpur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential customers over Phone/Email/SMS to explain the company's Products as per company procedure.
∎ Collect the orders from a new or existing customer in an accurate manner by telephonic conversation.
∎ Make follow-up calls to customers and try to make opportunities for additional sales.
∎ Manage and solve customer queries and issues.
∎ Plan and execute inventory management system
∎ Ensure on time pick, QC, packaging and handover to logistics personnel
∎ Analyze data and ensure restock of products and send them to HUBs as per requirement
∎ Arrange inventory as per order frequency by analyzing order data
∎ Check and ensure sold products are cleared out from inventory list
∎ Check and ensure sufficient inventory to meet the order demand.
∎ Loading, transporting, and delivering items to Customers in a safe, timely manner.
∎ Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
∎ Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
∎ Accepting payments for delivered items.
∎ Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers.
∎ Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
∎ Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.
∎ Reviews and verifies invoices with payable amount with customers.
∎ Welcoming customers very cordially.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Maintaining accurate records.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having good computer literacy and satisfactory communication skill will get preference.
∎ Driving License for Delivery Executive.
