∎ Academic Qualification:
∎ 4 years graduation preferable from business discipline & from a recognized university.
∎ Key Skills:
∎ Technical/Job Knowledge:
∎ Must be an expert in working in MS Excel & manage large database.
∎ Interpersonal/Managerial:
∎ A good communication skill is a must for this position. Also preferred having experience as an orator in extracurricular activities and skilled in public speaking & writing in Bangla.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ New RMG Client Acquisition:
∎ -       Achieve Annual Sales Targets through Quality RMG Account Acquisition
∎ -          Planning and ensuring efficient and effective implementation of different activities within RMG segments
∎ -          Analyze competitive scenario within the assigned potential Market and Implement Client/segment based Action plans in counteracting competitions
∎ -          Update relevant visit reports and market information on a regular basis
∎ -          Maintain & Ensure healthy portfolio trough quality acquisition with consistency through Pre Sales channel§
∎ Execution/Co-ordination:
∎ -          Client type/band wise activity/event planning, design & implementation
∎ -          Co-ordinate internal stakeholders i.e. legal, marketing, Sales operation for processing accounts
∎ Relationship Management
∎ -          Visit potential accounts regularly and keep a track on market trend
∎ -          Ensure sustainable business growth in terms of Revenue and Number of Beneficiary
∎ -          Maintain strong relationship with Assigned RMG Accounts of Payroll Business
∎ -          Represent bKash in a positive and professional manner in the market
∎ -          Manage various report of the accounts and keep improving
