We are looking for hardworking and passionate individuals to join our team as Executive – Retail Expansion. If you have the energy to explore, negotiate, and secure prime locations for new stores, this role is for you!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute retail expansion strategies as per Planned Journey Plan (PJP).

• Visit field locations to identify and evaluate potential retail spaces.

• Engage with landowners, retailers, and other stakeholders to negotiate rent, advance payments, and other terms.

• Provide updates on rent, advance, sales potential, and other key business metrics.

• Actively participate in the new store hunting campaign to achieve aggressive expansion goals.

• Maintain detailed documentation of all visits and deals.

🎯 Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail expansion, or field operations.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel.

• Ability to chase targets and work independently.

• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: BDT 15,000 – 20,000

• TA/DA: BDT 100 per day for field travel

• Incentives: Attractive incentives for successful retail location selection
