Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA / MBA in Marketing / Tourism from renowned University (Candidates having Bachelor / Master’s degree in any discipline could apply).

  • Certification or Training in IATA, GDS or Airline Ticketing.



Requirements:

Skills Required: Airline IT,Airline Market Knowledge,airline marketing,Airlines Transport Operation

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Air Ticketing on Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre, NDC.

  • MS Office, specially on MS Word & MS Excel.

  • Spoken and Written fluency in English.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation & Ticketing:

  • Handle booking, re-issuance, refunds, and ticketing through the airline systems.

  • Ensure accurate fare quotations, seat availability and schedule information for customers and travel agents.

  • Manage PNR creation, modifications, cancellations and itinerary issuance as per airline policy.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of airline schedules, routes and promotional fares.

Sales Support:

  • Communicate promotional offers, fare updates and product information to travel agents.

  • Identify and follow up on potential sales leads to increase market share.

  • Support B2B relationships with travel partners and maintain a strong rapport.

Customer Service:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and agents.

  • Resolve queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Ensure high-quality customer experience aligned with airline and company standards.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare daily sales and reservation reports.

  • Coordinate with the airline principal for ticketing issues, fare discrepancies, and operational updates.

  • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to company compliance and reporting guidelines.
