Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)

  • Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or related field.

  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic/Bengali/Hindi is an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle reservations and ticketing for all Jazeera Airways flights through GDS(e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).

  • Assist walk-in, phone, and email clients with flight schedules, fares, and booking requirements.

  • Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets according to fare rules and company policy.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on airline schedules, promotional fares, policies, and regulations.

  • Handle booking changes, cancellations, and special service requests such as meal preferences, seat selection, and wheelchair assistance.

  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting of daily sales and transactions.

  • Coordinate with the airline’s operational departments to resolve customer issues or flight disruptions.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Jazeera Airways services, destinations, and partners.

  • Promote and upsell ancillary services (extra baggage, seat selection, travel insurance, etc.).

  • Follow up with customers for feedback and support loyalty program enrollments.

  • Comply with IATA, airline, and local regulatory standards.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
