Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Making a book, reservation and issue the Air Tickets, re-issuing and cancellation according to customer’s choice.
∎ · Keeping communication with the customers.
∎ · Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ · Making online reservation tour packages.
∎ · Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
∎ · Proper guide to the customers and provide necessary assistance over phone.
∎ · Dealing with customer queries and complaints·
∎ · Promoting and marketing the business
