Hotel Bengal Blueberry is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Executive Reservation. This position is responsible for managing guest reservations, ensuring an excellent booking experience, and maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue through effective reservation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, online booking platforms, and walk-ins, providing prompt and professional service.
• Assist guests with booking requirements, including room selection, special requests, and service options, to ensure a personalized experience.
• Process and confirm individual and group reservations, managing guest details accurately in the hotel’s reservation system.
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient room allocation.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory to maximize occupancy while ensuring rate integrity and compliance with hotel policies.
• Update and manage reservations on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com), ensuring accurate room descriptions, rates, and availability.
• Address and resolve guest issues and complaints related to reservations with a focus on high-quality customer service.
• Contribute to strategies for improving booking conversion rates and guest satisfaction.
