Business Analyst, Data Analysis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
∎ Analyze and document the information received from the Arrival sheet.
∎ Analyze customer feedback on in-flight meals.
∎ Collect and analyze other airlines’ relevant data.
∎ Research market trends in technology applications to improve productivity and innovation.
∎ Introduce new technologies, and manufacturing processes into the company.
∎ Develop service strategies based on aviation research and organizational analysis.
∎ Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
∎ Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.
∎ Document all phases of research and development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Sound Knowledge of SPSS and other analytical software.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, excellent reporting skills, team player.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Initial salary will be 30,000/- per month and after confirmation up to 35,000/- based on performance.

∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
