∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality, Quality Controller/ Assurance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with sample coordinator regarding materials and trims accessories as per product specification and production order instructions.
∎ Monitor and approve the fabric positive release transfer to fabric store.
∎ Conduct fabric inspection to ensure quality terms of design, positive and negative of garment.
∎ Check fabric shade and fabric grams per square meter (GSM) to fulfill the buyer needs according to product specification and production order/job bag instructions.
∎ Prepare Goods Received Note (GRN) and Receive Checklist (RCL) through software.
∎ Analyze fabric test reports to ensure alignment with ensure alignment with buyer requirements.
∎ Provide guidelines to floor QA and operators regarding buyer comments and requirements based on product specification and production order instructions of each style.
∎ Execute pre-production meeting to meet highest quality standard.
