∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all inline/final inspection report and conduct counter inspection of fabric and make final decision
∎ Coordinate with PMC & delivery section on transfer of fabric which are passed on all quality parameters
∎ Monitor and inform quality problem & details at the start of production of every order to related department for corrective action
∎ Monitor the dye lot inspection, preparation and submission and provide update to related department
∎ Coordinate with testing department for test results & inform to concern department in case of failed results to have corrective action
∎ Maintain shade, GSM, continuity & inspection reports for buyers' reference during visits
∎ Ensure proper utilization of resources.
∎ Give continuous guidelines to the subordinate & update all reports to the related department & maintain required MIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ The incumbent should have at least 1 year work experience in the position of Executive in Quality Assurance with a large Knit Textile industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
