QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct audit activities commensurate to production schedules.
∎ Evaluate and recommend alternative auditing procedures for continuous improvement.
∎ Ensure all SOP's are implemented according to Buyer QA Manual.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyses complex problems, recommended and implement preventive or corrective actions.
∎ Execute Corrective and preventive action plan as per recommendation of management.
∎ Maintain AQL data for factory.
∎ Data collection and generating daily/weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Supervise and review corrective solutions and prevent actions.
∎ Develop new methods to resolve problems occurring during QA activities.
∎ Ensure 100% measurement of key points are done and record maintained
∎ Assist to create defect reduction action plan based on weekly AQL data and top 3 defects.
∎ Any other task assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Expert in facing various Technical Audit & communication with different buyer with CAP.
∎ Should have knowledge in the Washing quality process.
∎ Working experience in a large group of companies & Line Quality Experience.
∎ Should have knowledge in Inspection & Quality Standard Up-gradation & Shipment.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS word, MS excel and MS power point.
∎ Good communication skill in English and bangle.
