Candidates must have hands-on experience working in Frozen food/Ice-cream industries
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to work in plant and travel as required

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the installation, commissioning and electrical integration of frozen food processing machinery such as; Paratha lines, Chicken nugget formers and French Fry etc.
Manage electrical installation and control systems for ice-cream processing, freezing and packaging machines
Operate and maintain electrical systems associated with ammonia and Freon-based refrigeration units, water chillers and HVAC components
Help review and choose the right electrical parts and systems for new machines and utility equipment.
Monitor and control the activities of electrical contractors
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
