Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in Pharmacy.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Review in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications of goods.
∎ Prepare RFQ and mail/distribute to supplier for quotations.
∎ Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to the respective departments.
∎ Perform buying duties when necessary.
∎ Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, register and price lists.
∎ Prepare Comparative Statement of quotations (comparing prices, specifications) to determine the best bid among potential suppliers for evaluation by the Procurement Committee.
∎ Track the status of Purchase Requisitions, Orders.
∎ Checking shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.
∎ Compare suppliers bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy forward these documents to Finance department for payment.
∎ Get the approval of bills for payment.
∎ Maintain contracts of vendors or third parties.
∎ Any other job as and when will be assigned by the management.

∎ Have sound knowledge on pharmaceutical products and procurement procedure
∎ Good communication and presentation skill
∎ Ability to manage work loads
∎ Good relationship building skill
∎ Ability to manage work pressure, take initiative and drive in any odd situation
∎ Ability to adapt to any business or technological changes in the organization
∎ Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team
∎ Consultative and empowering working style and willingness to learn from others
