∎ Maintain Unit level FR Plan (Confirm orders + Projections)
∎ Execute Monthly Signoff Plan at Unit level (Production / Sales)
∎ Achieve Unit level OTD - 100%
∎ Conduct Unit level OSR meeting (Order Status Review)
∎ Confirm OC amendments
∎ Load responsible Unit to the Budgeted level (Production SAH / Efficiency / Sales)
∎ Maintain Unit level FR Plan (Confirm orders + Projections)
