Responsibilities & Context:
Budget & Headcount:
- Monitor budget vs. on-roll employee count.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of recruitment requisitions.
Payroll Operations:
- Manage daily attendance, leave records, resignations, terminations, and onboarding (including bank account setup).
- Maintain and manage shift rosters.
- Process job confirmations and separations.
- Input all benefits, deductions, and adjustments as per policy.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate posting of transfers, increments, and promotions.
- Oversee OT (overtime) control and approval process.
- Administer allowances and incentives.
- Handle final settlements for departing employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement through the bank.
- Coordinate closely with the central payroll and finance teams for alignment.
Compliance & Audit:
- Support festival bonus and earned leave (EL) processing.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external audit policies and procedures.
