Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for order management for Platform
∎ Process orders from our company website
∎ Verify order info through call center
∎ Verify online payment status
∎ Communicate with customers * Customer service via phone, email and/or chats
∎ Participate in daily huddle board management
∎ Complete month end sales reporting
∎ Process customer returns for all platforms
∎ Review listings for accuracy on all platforms
