∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the marketing agency sector, preferably working on Development sector (UN Agency, INGO, INGO’s) in Bangladesh.
∎ Good command of English speaking and writing ability for communications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing strong relations with client. Interacting with clients to understand their event requirements.
∎ Providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication channels.
∎ Handling unexpected challenges that may arise during events and finding prompt solutions.
∎ Mitigating risks and ensuring a smooth event execution. Maintaining accurate records of client communications, contracts, and event details.
∎ Preparing reports and summaries for management and clients.
∎ Must have ability to work in under pressure.
∎ Remember, flexibility, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences are crucial in this role.
∎ Any other activity/task assigned by the authority as and when required.
∎ We are looking for Executives in (Activation & Event). As an Executive in Activation & Event, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing events and activation campaigns that live a lasting impact.
