∎ Visit and assess potential retail or commercial locations for expansion projects.
∎ Analyze property suitability by reviewing key metrics such as visibility, rent, footfall, and competitive landscape.
∎ Develop strong ties with property owners, agents, and local stakeholders to secure viable spaces.
∎ Drive expansion goals by achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
∎ Document fieldwork through comprehensive reports, location insights, and recommendations.
∎ Coordinate closely with internal teams to finalize selected sites and facilitate setup.
∎ Lead on-the-ground execution with efficiency, agility, and a solutions-first mindset.
