Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be graduate with BA, Bcom (Pass) / BA, Bcom (Hons)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures each site is professionally operated and working according to the contract agreement .
∎ Operates according to quality plan to ensure a high quality of work is achieved and maintained at all projects.
∎ To handle all responsibility of project.
∎ To maintain Monthly Attendance Register & calculate Monthly Overtime of all Housekeeper's.
∎ Liaisons with the Director & Managing Director on recruitment of suitable Supervisor for Project.
∎ Liaisons with the Project Incharge to solution for any work related problem as well as communicate with customers for improve the customer's satisfaction.
∎ Liaisons with the Project Incharge for the training of all Housekeeper, if need.
∎ Have ability to make leadership and can work with teamwork.
∎ Monitor the payment of bills and liaisons with Credit Control Manager on customer payment problems.
∎ Ensure each new contract is organized and started in line with the new contract start up process.
∎ Ensure all Company & Department policies are operated by all Department personnel at all times.
∎ Operates according to quality plan to ensure a high quality of work is achieved and maintained at all projects.
∎ To ensure customer are visited regularly of the customer's comments are followed up.
∎ To Ensure all customer complaint are taken care of immediately and later followed up.
∎ Holds formal monthly meeting with Incharge and others.
∎ Informs the Director of the potential problem and potential cancellation.
∎ Ensure all Company & Department policies are operated by all Department personnel at all times.
∎ Ensures each site is professionally operated and working according to the contract agreement .
∎ Ensure each new contract is organized and started in line with the new contract start up process.
∎ Control the overall expenditure of the department, ensuring each budget target is achieved by closely monitoring site expenditure.
∎ Identifies training requirements at site level requesting the assistant of the training division as necessary.
∎ Create and maintain teamwork within the department.
∎ Sources & develops new service and method of work & systems of work so as to provide a competitive & effective service at all time.
∎ Annually sets objectives for self and the division, to ensure full development of the division.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 2/3 years with similar Cleaning Sector.
∎ Having at least 2/3years experience in related field as same
∎ Should be computer conversant like Excel & MS office skills with (Bangla & English Type)
∎ Should be well groomed, smart, sincere, honest, well-mannered and intelligent

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
