Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying new business opportunities and expansion of existing business to improve the company's financial growth and market share.
∎ Developing a strong relationship with stakeholders and managing effective relationships with key partners.
∎ Manage Door to Door visits especially at the corporate level and motivate them to buy our products/ Services.
∎ Developing new business models and coordinating with relevant business divisions and corporate divisions.
∎ Planning business development strategies in line with the company's long-term strategic goals.
∎ Managing risk by taking proper decisions/actions during volatile market situations.
∎ A strong network is to be developed with key partners, i.e. through face-to-face meetings, attending various seminars/conferences etc. Strong interpersonal skill, presentation skill, and deep knowledge will be required to perform such an important job.
∎ Establish a proper reporting system that will enable all parties to stay in the loop and take joint decisions inefficient manner.
∎ Regular market research and reporting the content to senior management will be required. Usage of Powerpoint for such reporting is a routine job.
∎ Need to prepare a daily work plan and report to the management
∎ Need to prepare weekly/monthly sales plan
