Job Context:
∎ Part time hours available.

∎ Job Location - Dhaka. Districts tour may be needed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with all concern Schools & Corporate/Company offices through various channels.
∎ Knowing our book "Ja Na Janley Noy" inside and out so that you can answer questions promptly.
∎ Sending goods and book "Ja Na Janley Noy" to the customers.
∎ Offering advice and recommending books where appropriate.
∎ Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current titles and changes in the market.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with concern offices as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Offering advice and recommending books where appropriate.
∎ Processing customer orders, applications, and requests and book reservations.
∎ Dealing with mail order, web-based order, although this applies only in certain cases.
∎ Paying and processing invoices.
∎ Processing book deliveries and returns.
∎ Stock-checking books and goods depending on the merchandise.
∎ Helping with book events, including quiz test, debate, prize giving and reading groups.
∎ Liaising with teaching, administrative and library staff, councils and companies.
∎ Reviewing sales performance and meeting sales targets.
∎ Undertaking general housekeeping duties, such as packing, unpacking and tidying.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Book Marketing & Customer Service.
∎ Motorcycle driving with a Driving license.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill
∎ Bangla speaking must be neat and tidy and must not have any regional dialect influence
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000/- to above (Monthly) or negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Sells commission
∎ Mobile bill as required
∎ TA/DA as required
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
