Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be smart enough to handle e commerce related work like net browsing, social media and google etc.
∎ Perform phone conversation with customers to answer their queries, provide information and generate sale.
∎ Must be able to handle customers' over call, chat, emails and face to face sale.
∎ Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
∎ Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.
∎ Fluent / moderate in English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
