To support our market expansion, we are looking for a self-driven and passionate expert on Corporate Sales to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients (commercial companies, real estate companies, banks, medical, pharmaceuticals etc.).

  • Develop and implement B2B sales of premium cakes and pastry and strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.

  • To conduct & attend meeting with the prospects & Clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.

  • Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and integrity.

  • Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely installation and after-sales service.

  • Identify and engage potential buyers through cold calling, referrals, corporate visits, social media, and networking events.

  • Responsible for achieving the Company's sales target set by the Management and preparing periodic statements accordingly

  • Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about products and services, and assess requirements to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs

  • Market Research & Promotions

  • Analyze competitors' strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment, and prepare counter-strategy reports

  • Analysis of market data and competitors (creation of excel graphs, charts, etc.)

  • Extensive travel within the territory to maximize market coverage

  • Submit sales reports and performance updates to senior management.

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in cake and bakery business is a must.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant field’s experience is required.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
