Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology
∎ B. Sc In Textile from Reputed Universities with Good academic Background
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Accurate Sample Development, Business/ Product Development, Laboratory testing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3 to 4 years experience in same position, Lab technician, textile lab
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all kind of Product development referred to lab.
∎ Responsible to communicate sampling status and test results with the management, production and marketing department.
∎ Responsible for product development as per the customer specification and required standards.
∎ Responsible to study the Customer specification for updating and complete understanding before starting Product development exercise.
∎ Responsible to keep the sampling test record in conjunction with FTS lab.
∎ Responsible to keep the process route and recipe record for product development.
∎ Responsible to maintain a log sheet for daily product development exercises to control the work flow.
∎ Responsible to study customer production programs to understand the sampling needs effectively.
∎ Responsible for training of Product development staff regarding production process and common problems generally faced during product development exercises.
∎ Responsible to preemptively convey sub ordinates regarding sources of errors can appear during product development exercise.
∎ Responsible to make shifts and allow weekly offs as per the work load and requirements.
∎ Responsible to provide the staff Healthy and good working environment.
∎ Responsible for Product development Quality control.
∎ Responsible for learning box activity in Product development section.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 5 years in woven Wet processing R&D /Production
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good Team Player, Well-Organized, Initiative and Detail-Oriented.
∎ Must be skilled in English writing & spoken
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office.
