∎ Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed
∎ Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
∎ Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conversation with clients over phone, email or message and provide them with quality support.
∎ Calling potential clients and getting them signed up
∎ Follow up calls to ensure that their queries were resolved
∎ Maintain log and all other the information in the system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged, experience in the relevant field will get a preference
∎ Must be young and energetic
∎ Must have the willingness to learn and grow
∎ Must be ready to work under pressure
∎ Basic knowledge of office package and the internet
∎ Strong leadership abilities and public speaking
∎ Having Customer Support experience will get a preference
