Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ • Bachelor / Master's in any discipline from any renowned university. Information Technology / Computer Science will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: IT Knowledge, Marketing, MIS, Office Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Looking for an Executive who maintain the function of MIS & IT for assess the management information needs, Collect the needed information by developing forms, sort, analysis and evaluate the information by developing files, Update the information , distribute the accurate information to the management & Preserve the information for future reference, .
∎ • Sales with efficiency analysis against Targets & Market potentialities.
∎ • To prepare plan for all sort of activities related to the MIS.
∎ • Monitor and Analysis of Production, Procurement, Other Expenses budget & related information.
∎ • To prepare report of sales and marketing information on Weekly / Monthly Quarterly / Yearly
∎ • Work in close collaboration with MIS department, and ensure data collection validity, authenticity and completeness of data in the MIS system and periodical reporting.
∎ • To design and/ or develop of the data file management.
∎ • To analysis the monthly / quarterly / yearly performance report of the concern Dept.
∎ • To Look after the Local Area Network (LAN) and provide software support to the concern users. Install and configure application software on network and workstations.
∎ • Provide coordination and communication systems by identifying needs, evaluating options, maintain equipment, approving invoices.
∎ • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
∎ • Any other jobs that may be assigned from time to time comes into force.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ • Good report writing and presentation skill
∎ • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
∎ • Proficient computer skills including MS Office / ERP / Tally etc.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiable with admissible benefit
