∎ BSc at Computer Science or equivalent degree.
∎ Relevant Vendor certificate will add advantage.

Job Context:
∎ IT Admin, IT coordination, user support & Helpdesk.
∎ Job Location DEPZ.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 99% uptime of all network hardware, servers and all security measures are performed.
∎ Meeting vendors and ensuring project work is excited flawless and within the standards.
∎ Manage & resolve support tickets remotely, onsite and ensure timely updates on tickets.
∎ Ensure end user support & training.
∎ Manage, design, and configure AP, network hardware, switches, firewalls, routes and monitor both networks, VM, server health.
∎ Manage & monitor the day-to-day virtualized server infrastructure, Windows Server, Active directory & group policy management.
∎ Manage Office365 and Cloud resources.
∎ Manage & upgrade CCTV system and ensure all surveillance & storage are active.
∎ Ensure standardization of hardware is maintained throughout the organization and ensure IT assets inventory is completed & accurate.
∎ Monitor & Keep updates IT checklist on daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Biannual & Annually.
∎ Implement & Execute IT policy based on the standard set by the company.
∎ Co-cordate, collaborate with local/remote IT Team and Report IT Manager with accountability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience about backup & DR procedure
∎ Datacentre management skill
∎ Enterprise server skill HP DELL etc
∎ Office 365
∎ Database skill
∎ Understand Network protocol & security
∎ Create, Maintain & follow standard operating procedure
∎ Sufficient command on English (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing)
