Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the installation and commissioning of frozen food and ice cream processing machinery and related mechanical systems.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams while ensuring quality, safety, and engineering standards.
Monitor project progress to minimize errors, rework, and delays, ensuring timely project completion.
Prepare technical reports, installation documentation, checklists, and project progress reports.
Handle post-commissioning mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
