Candidate with certified training on project management, Solid-Works and AutoCAD from local/abroad will get preference
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated to work in plant and travel as required.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee mechanical works and the installation of frozen food and ice cream processing machinery
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and engineering standards
Assist in utility planning and equipment selection to support efficient plant operations
Collaborate with electrical, civil, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into the overall project
Monitor project progress to minimize errors, rework, and delays.
Prepare technical reports, installation checklists, and project progress documentation
Conduct inspections to ensure all mechanical components meet required quality and safety standards
Ensure compliance of all mechanical systems with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols
Take responsibility for mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting after project completion
