∎ Prior experience working in apparel manufacturing facilities is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, circuits, and components.
∎ Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
∎ Proficiency in using mechanical testing and diagnostic equipment.
∎ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for mechanical and plumbing systems, including preventive maintenance schedules, repair procedures, and spare parts management.
∎ Plumbing Systems Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems, including water supply networks, drainage systems, fixtures, and related equipment.
∎ Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and address mechanical and plumbing issues promptly, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards for plumbing installations and mechanical equipment maintenance, including health and safety guidelines.
∎ Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of repairs and upgrades.
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory, and oversee procurement activities to ensure adequate stock levels for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
∎ Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on proper maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive maintenance records, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment performance data, and prepare regular maintenance reports for management review.
