Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the Head of the dept. to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with departmental goals.
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
∎ Coordinate patient outreach initiatives, including seminars, workshops, and health fairs.
∎ Manage the Cardiac Surgery Department’s online presence, including website content, social media, and online advertising.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape.
∎ Analyze patient demographics and referral patterns to inform marketing strategies.
∎ Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, patient inquiries, and referral sources.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the HoD.
∎ Position Summary:
∎ The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of the dept. under the Business Development & Corporate Affairs department to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to reach and engage our niche audience. This role requires at least a basic understanding of the healthcare market, and the ability to effectively communicate our services to patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.
