Education:

• Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Age At most 30 years

• 1 year of experience in sales preferred (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Passion for sales, relationship-building, and problem solving.
• Ability to travel to client offices, sites, and factories and work in industrial environments as needed.
• Basic knowledge of mild steel grades, applications, steel fabrication machinery, and power tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with PEB (Pre-Engineered Steel Building) companies is an advantage.

• Identify potential customers and customer’s needs and recommend suitable steel materials, industrial machinery, and power tools;·        

• Conduct product offerings and technical presentations to potential clients;·        

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customized solutions for steel industrial applications;·        

• Provide technical support during both pre-sales and post-sales stages;

• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through excellent service;

• Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings;

• Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations;·        

• Sale of machine tools: 5 lac/Month and sale of MS Plate: 50 MT/Month;·        

• A special incentive will be given to those who exceed the individual target set by the management;·        

• The mindset to achieve the sales target is appreciated.
